The Old Horse, London Road, Leicester.
The Old Horse on London Road is currently closed for an exciting refurbishment and re-imagining. This £1.2 million investment will set this iconic Leicester pub up for success, and we are now looking for brilliant people to begin their onboarding with us from Monday 23rd March.
Every aspect of the reimagined Old Horse will be brand new, beautifully designed with a focus on enhancing both guest and team experience. There will be a brand-new kitchen serving modern pub cuisine and traditional pub snacks, an open woodfired pizza kitchen in the heart of the pub, an external Germanic-inspired summer kitchen, and the pub will have its own ice cream van serving freshly whipped ice cream.
In addition, brand-new bars, dispense equipment and technology will support the team in delivering a best-in-class guest experience, one that keeps people coming back.
